After working in the industry for 5 years we gained a lot of experience and learned of so many things that happen in the car transport world. Unfortunately most of these things were not good and what impressed us the most is how badly customers got ripped off by corrupt and dishonest salesman. The service was starting to get a lot of discredit and bad reputation from the many unhappy customers. As part of the industry, our name was looking bad as well. We decided this could no longer go and started to come up with ideas of how we could turn that view around.
After brainstorming for a while we came up with the best idea of all: starting our own car transport company. We would show our customers how efficient this service is and that dishonesty and corruption were not synonyms of the industry.
About a year ago we finally opened up for business and started servicing people with all kinds of needs and expectations. At first we found ourselves with very skeptical customers as they had used the service before and they knew how bad it was. We decided as a company policy not to request any upfront deposit or payment information until we had a confirmed driver and could ensure the service. This way we would work for free for our customers until everything else is complete.
At first we were a little worried about it, but we noticed that our customers started to respond to this idea. They felt more comfortable and appreciated the fact we didn’t make the service all about money, but really about what it is: a car transport service. Little by little we have been building strong foundations and have provided excellent service to each and every one of our customers. We can even guarantee that customers who encountered inconveniences along the way will happily state we offer a great service. This is because we care about our customer more than we care about their money.
As we experienced, most companies and salesman would be helpful and great until the business was secured, after this any problem or question a customer had, all of a sudden they either weren’t as attentive or simply were unavailable. This caused a lot of stress to customers and further hassles with the transport.
We at AA Car Transport proudly say we go the extra mile for our customers no matter what their request is. We speak truly to them and are honest. We do not paint a sunshine scenario to later bring a thunderstorm. We truly want to help and provide a great service, as this industry deserves immense credit and high reputation.
